Sunridge Woods is an exclusive
community of private and rental homes set within a conservation area in
the
City of Davenport about 25 miles
south of Orlando City Center and is becoming one of the premier locations
for the perfect Florida Villa
holiday.
It offers peace and quiet, yet
is only 5 minutes away from major shopping outlets and golf courses and
only
10 minutes away from Highway
192 with its many shops and restaurants. Orlando International Airport
is
approx. 25 miles north and Sandford
Airport is approx. a further 15 miles.
Disney is approximately 15 minutes
away. Interstate 4 which crosses central Florida from Daytona Beach on
the east coast, through Orlando,
to Tampa Bay on the west coast is approximately 2 miles away providing
easy
access via Junction 58 to top
attractions such as Kennedy Space Center, Seaworld, Disney, Universal Studios
etc.

Our Villa has 3 Bedrooms, one
is the Master bedroom with en
suite and walk in wardrobe and 2 are twin rooms.
There is a double sofa bed in
the lounge, (the Villa has a cot and a small fold out bed) so will
sleep 8 plus small child. There
is a second bathroom between the 2 twin bedrooms.
Our Villa also has air
conditioning and ceiling fans
in each room, The large lounge area has cable
TV, DVD, hi-fi; and dining area.
There is a spacious fully functional
kitchen
with
dishwasher and breakfast table. The laundry facilities consist
of large twin tub with dryer.
We have a heated pool (heating optional extra)
with sun loungers on sun deck and
fenced garden area for extra
privacy.
