| Payments & Deposits
A deposit of £100.00 is required to secure the booking. The remainder of the balance will be due 6 weeks before departure. A refundable security deposit of £100.00 is also required with final payment, this will be refunded after your stay providing the Villa and its contents are left undamaged. This security deposit is not affected by cancellation terms. (It will still be returned). |
| Swimming pool heating
There is an optional extra charge if you require the pool to be heated between October and March, per week .....................Up to £85.00 |
| Rental Period
The Villa will be ready for you by 4pm on the day of your arrival. You are asked to vacate by 11am on the day of your departure. The Villa may only be occupied by the persons named on the booking form. |
| Cancellation
In the event that you may cancel your confirmed booking, the following charges will apply: More than 2 months before departure..................................£100.00 deposit Between 1 and 2 months before departure...........................50% of rental cost Less than 1 month before departure.....................................100% of rental cost |
| Liability
We cannot accept liability for injury sustained by you or any visitor to the Villa or swimming pool. It is strongly recommended that children are supervised at all times in and around the pool area. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from matters outside our control, including acts of god, weather conditions, strikes, riots, disputes, fire, flood etc. |
| Late bookings
All bookings made less than 6 weeks before departure are payable in full and all booking conditions apply. |

| Smoking
We have a strict NO SMOKING policy inside the Villa, however smoking is permitted around the pool and garden area. |
| Telephone
We will allow a limited use of the telephone but you will be charged if it is used to excess. Local calls are free. We advise that you use a phone card, which you can use from any phone, as they are about the most economical method. |
